How To Get The Very Best From PC To TV Technology

PC to TV technology represents the joining of two technologies which have both advanced greatly in recent years, to the level where just about anything is possible. There is, however, a lot more that you can do with a computer fitted with a TV-out card. Any online TV broadcast, or just online video, can be exported to your television. This could be useful to you if you are a fan of any minority interest activity which regularly posts content to the web in the form of online video. Even YouTube videos can be watched on your TV set with this technology. Going one step further, if you know of a dedicated streaming TV station which broadcasts online, you can watch their broadcasts on your TV with a TV-out card.

PC TV streaming channels can now be set up for free, using sites such as UStream.tv as a broadcasting platform. You will still need your own equipment, but even the basic camera included with a cheap netbook allows you to get online and broadcast. For good results, you will need to get hold of something better than this, but video and camera equipment is now very cheap. If you weren't aware of the possibilities before, you now know how to cheaply set up and broadcast your own entertainment, and watch it in your living room through the technology of PC to TV.
